The IFSC welcomed a delegation from the Korean Paralympic Committee to its Headquarters in Torino. During the visit, the delegation met with IFSC President Marco Scolaris and Secretary General Piero Rebaudengo to discuss the development of Para Climbing in Korea. Topics included the upcoming IFSC World Championships in Seoul, opportunities for training and capacity building, and long-term prospects for hosting and expanding Para Climbing events in the region.

The delegation was composed by Seok Min YUN, Chairperson of the Para Climbing Committee, Jongkuk SEO, Member of the Para Climbing Committee, Jae Hong MOON, KPC Para Climbing Manager, accompanied by the interpreter Esther HONG.

“It is great to see the commitment of the Korean Paralympic Committee to support the movement and their forward vision for LA and beyond,” said IFSC President Marco Scolaris.

The meeting reaffirmed the shared commitment to fostering inclusive growth within the sport.
