The IFSC, in accordance with the Chinese Mountaineering Association, announce that the first event of the IFSC World Cup Series 2024 has been relocated and will take place in Keqiao, a district of the city of Shaoxing, China, in the Zhejiang province.

The venue hosting the inaugural Boulder competition of the season will be Shaoxing Keqiao Yangshan Sport Climbing Centre, the same one used during the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 in October 2023.

The event, initially scheduled in Shanghai, will maintain the original duration and period – from 8 to 10 April – and will be first part of a two-legged stop in Chinese territory, the second one being the IFSC Lead and Speed World Cup in Wujiang.
