IFSC DISCIPLINARY COMMISSION

The Disciplinary Commission is established in the IFSC Statutes, Article 14.4.

The Disciplinary Commission shall investigate, adjudicate, and take appropriate action following any complaint concerning a breach of the IFSC Rules and Regulations or misconduct reported to the IFSC, in accordance with the Disciplinary Rules approved by the General Assembly. The Disciplinary Commission shall not investigate, adjudicate, and take appropriate action in case of violations of the applicable anti-doping rules, which shall be assessed by the Anti-Doping Division of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The composition and functioning of the Disciplinary Commission are described in the relevant Terms of Reference approved by the General Assembly.
