BACK TO COMPETITIONS, BACK TO THE TOP: JANJA GARNBRET LEADS THE WAY INTO THE BOULDER SEMI-FINAL

The IFSC Boulder and Speed World Cup in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, continued today at Industry SLC, where the women’s Boulder semi-final saw Slovenia’s Janja Garnbret – who didn’t compete at last week’s IFSC World Cup held in the US city – and Japan’s Miho Nonaka finish atop the ranking with 5 tops and 5 zones each.

Japan brought five athletes in total into the semi-final – Nonaka, Futaba Ito, Akiyo Noguchi, Ruy Nakagawa, and Mao Nakamura – while the United States of America qualified four: Natalia Grossman, Brooke Raboutou, Kyra Condie, and Kylie Cullen.
