IFSC World Cup Briançon to be Broadcast Internationally
The 2019 IFSC Lead World Cup season reaches the half way mark this weekend, with the third event of the series taking place in Briançon, France. With the competition being broadcast globally, Sport Climbing fans around the world need not miss out on a moment of action.
In Japan, the IFSC World Cup Briançon is scheduled to be broadcast live on television by J Sports. Live online coverage is set to be provided by European channel Eurosport Player, as well as international platform the Olympic Channel, who are also to make the World Cup available for on-demand viewing following the competition.
Delayed footage of the event is to be broadcast by NBC in the USA and in Korea, by SPOTV (Eclat). Japanese network NHK are set to produce a delayed highlight show, featuring the best moments of the IFSC Lead World Cups in Villars (SUI), Chamonix (FRA) and Briançon (FRA). French channel Equipe is to broadcast the event delayed across France on Sunday at 13.50 CEST, with further European coverage being provided by RTV Slo in Slovenia.
