Personal details

When you started competing in international competitions, did you see yourself being in the top-10?
  • I stared competing when I was 19. I won second place at a local competition and everything happened from then on very fast.  I didn't think I would get to where I am that fast.
What motivated you to compete rather than just to climb outside?
  • I enjoyed climbing for the fun and sport years, But at some point. I realised that if I want to be more serious about climbing I will have to start competing.
What are some struggles you face as an athlete?
  • There is no training team near my home: so I have to spend 7 hours on the roads every training day.
What influenced you to start competing?
  • After my first competition I was approached by the national paraclimbing team manager that told me I should join the team and compete. That gave me motivation.
Who most helped you get to where you are right now?
  • First of all my trainers: Rotem Jacobs and Nitzan Auerbach Gershovitz.
What advice could you give to Young Athletes?
  • To believe in themselves. If you do everything is possible.
