The IFSC Climbing and Paraclimbing World Championships Bern 2023 will be the pinnacle event of the 2023 IFSC Season, with hundreds of climbers and paraclimbers gathering in the Swiss capital, battling for a spot on the podium and the title of world champion.
Bern 2023 will also mark the beginning of the qualification path to the Olympic Games Paris 2024, with quotas to the Olympics being awarded in Boulder & Lead and Speed events.
Welcoming athletes and fans from all over the world will be the PostFinance Arena, able to host up to 10,000 people per day. Admission tickets will be required only when a final round is in the schedule – meaning six days out of 12 – while entrance will be free for the remaining days. Pricing will start at 43.00 CHF, with special discounts reserved for kids and people with disabilities.
Additionally, thanks to a collaboration with the Swiss Federal Railway, each ticket to the event will include free arrival and departure to and from the venue, within the entire public transportation network.
