UPDATE ON THE IFSC BOULDER AND SPEED WORLD CUP IN SALT LAKE CITY
The International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC) and USA Climbing inform that the schedule of the IFSC Boulder and Speed World Cup in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, has been updated as follows:
Friday 28 May (UTC-6:00)
9:30 AM: men’s and women’s Speed warm-up
11:00 AM to 12:00 PM: men’s and women’s Speed practice
12:30 to 3:30 PM: men’s and women’s Speed qualifications
8:00 PM: men’s and women’s Speed finals
Saturday 29 May
9:00 AM to 1:30 PM: men's Boulder qualification
3:30 to 9:00 PM: women's Boulder qualification
Sunday 30 May
11:00 AM to 1:15 PM: men’s and women's Boulder semi-finals
5:00 PM: men's Boulder final
Followed by: women's Boulder final
The postponement of the men’s and women’s Speed warm-up and practice will allow all participating athletes to undergo an additional antigenic rapid COVID-19 test, whose result will have to be negative for them to be allowed to warm-up, practice and compete.
