The Media and the TV & Marketing Commissions were established in the IFSC Statutes, Article 37. The Commissions were formed by the Executive Board as separate entities, and on 17 January 2024 the Board approved the merge and created the IFSC Media & Marketing Commission.
Mandate and regulations of the Commission are defined in the relevant documents approved by the Executive Board.
