The World Games Birmingham 2022


The 11th edition of the World Games will take place from 7 to 17 July 2022 in Birmingham, Alabama, USA. 

This will be the fifth World Games appearance for Sport Climbing and the second in which all three disciplines - Boulder, Lead, and Speed - have been included. The Sport Climbing competition will run for three days – from 14 to 16 July 2022 – and feature 72 climbers, competing in six medal events for 18 medals at the Sloss Furnaces, an outdoor venue close to the University of Alabama.
