NATALIA GROSSMAN, CAMILLA MORONI LEAD THE PACK OF SIX CLIMBERS THAT WILL BATTLE FOR THE BOULDER WORLD TITLE

In the women’s Boulder semi-final of the IFSC Climbing World Championships Moscow 2021, United States’ Natalia Grossman and Italy’s Camilla Moroni were the only two climbers that closed with four tops and four zones, with Grossman taking first place thanks to a lower number of attempts.

In tonight’s final, the American athlete will try to put the icing on the cake of an outstanding 2021 season, where she already collected eight World Cup medals – two golds, three silvers, and three bronzes. Moroni, on the other hand, will participate in her first final round this year.

The field of six finalists also includes Elena Krasovskaia of the CFR, Andrea Kümin of Switzerland, Olympian Brooke Raboutou of the United States, and 2018 World Championships bronze medallist Stasa Gejo, of Serbia.

The women’s Boulder final will start at 6:00 PM (UTC+3:00), and it will be live streamed on the IFSC YouTube channel; Russian commentary will be available as well. News and updates will be available on the IFSC website and on the Federation’s social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
